Award-winning Newquay Zoo is set among exotic lakeside gardens with animals from all around the world including the smallest monkey (the Pygmy Marmoset) and African lions.

Talks and feeding times throughout the day. Otters in the Oriental Garden, with endangered Owston’s Civets from Vietnam and Hornbills from Asia.

Penguins, meerkats, and all the usual suspects one would find at a zoo.

Tropical House with open jungle rainforest enclosure: sloths, toucans, monkeys, toads etc.; minibeasts’ room with snakes, skinks, dart frogs and other creepy crawlies.

Kids’ activities including the tarzan trail, children’s play area, the village farm and dragon maze.  Face painting and a ‘Wild Times’ creative club are also available on most days during the summer.

Restaurant and barbecue in summer.
Wheelchair friendly.
