Guided tours explaining the ancient process of cyder making. See the press house and bottlery where traditional farm house cyders and Cornish Country fruit wines are made, as well as the brandy distillery and cellars. Twenty acres of orchards.
Museum with cider and farm memorabilia.
Free tastings and entry to site; tractor rides, farm animals, restaurant and farm shop.

Location / Directions
Centrally located in Cornwall, just a couple of miles off the main A30 on the A3075 Redruth/Newquay road at the tiny hamlet of Penhallow. Look out for the brown tourist signs.

Can't go wrong with a bit of cider! Once you'd looked round the shop and had a taste you had to pay for everything, mind - not really as free as they'd like to make out! |
